The firm's principal is Ted DeLaVergne, Jr., CCIM. He is a native of Tampa and has been a licensed Florida real estate broker for more than thirty years. Mr. DeLaVergne also has considerable experience in real estate finance, having been a commercial banker for over fifteen years prior to entering the real estate field. Mr. DeLaVergne holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tampa. Additionally, he has earned the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which is conferred by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in association with the National Board of Realtors. 

John DeLaVergne is a native of Tampa where he has been practicing commercial real estate for over four years. John attended Florida Atlantic University where he majored in Business Administration and minored in Real Estate. He is a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors as well as the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. John is currently working on attaining the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
